Suitable face covering

Requirement -

All team members of The Petal Project will be required to wear a mask at all times.

Action -

Team members of The Petal Project will not be able to wok without adequate face covering as per current legislation.

Practice good hygiene

Requirement -

Shared spaces and items must be hygienically cleaned on a regular basis. It is imperative that adequate hand hygiene is available at all times.

Action -

All hired goods provided by The Petal Project will be hygienically cleaned after supply at all events.

Hand sanitisation will be available in all event and first aid kits.

Avoid interactions in enclosed spaces

Requirement -

Reduce the time team members spend in enclosed spaces.

Action -

The Petal Project will adhere to current legislations in relation to social distancing.

Physical Distancing

Requirement -

Both The Petal Project team members and other suppliers remain 1.5m apart as much as possible. Team members will be briefed and trained to ensure physical distancing whist working at all times.

Action -

We will provide physical distancing training to any staff we employ, train or have onsite with us whilst setting up or packing down events.

Keep records and act fast if team members become unwell

Requirement -

Have a business contingency plan in place to manage any potential outbreaks among staff.

Action -

We will ensure all members of The Petal Project team provide their own personal contact details as well as a partner or family member should we need to contact immediately if someone has become unwell.

We will cooperate with the relevant state Health Department if contacted in relation to a positive case of COVID-19.
